First race of the season! And what a good way to start – BananaShip’s second appearance at the Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival, and we took home Bronze in Premier E category. On a side note, Happy Father’s Day to our surrogate dad, Xiao! (He’s the oldest) Some pics below.

In BananaShip’s existence, our second ever out-of-town event: Twice the shenanigans, twice the fun, twice the teams! In a nostalgic moment from history, our girls paired up once again with Montreal Waves; with Banana Waves taking home the Bronze medal from the Women’s Division.
