What a way to start the 2019 season at Montreal Challenge! It was a pouring start to the weekend on Saturday, but after the clouds cleared, we couldn’t ask for better sunshine.
For the 2019 Challenge, BananaShip managed to snag, not one, but two medals! Earning 2nd Place in the 500m distance, and then powering on to Gold in the 200m Final. Amazing vibes all around, and awesome way for our new paddlers to get their feet wet! Also a big thank you to our friends who stepped in to paddle last weekend, you’re the real MVPs! So grateful to have our wonderful BANANA family.
Our bananas looked even more terrific than ever in their new jerseys! Yes! We got new shirts! More slicker, more streamlined, more .. actually, they just look damn good.
